A huge crowd was gathered there to enjoy a big fangama, only head of the peoples were observed from the top of the university when the festival coverage was being done. Some interesting
interviews of the students had been taken in the festival.Hiba the

University Observation
In this light, my spirit saw through all things
and into all creatures,
and I recognized God in grass and plants.
Beauty Of Flowers |
I take a lot of photos of plants anyway, so this was a good reason to see what was going on with plants around my University. So many other people seem to be into plant photography, too. Obviously, plants offer a wonderful variety of colors, shapes, textures, sizes, changing stages – you name it. They also stay still most of the time. And, of course, you avoid most of the privacy issues that you have to take into account when uploading photos of people.
I chose this picture today, as I see these plants through the Cori door where I spent most of my free time. I don’t know the name of these plants except for few but I love the big white blooms – placed near the admission section. Even though they slightly remind me of white cotton balls. Whenever students are working by themselves, I stare at these flowers and float into my own dream world.
I think every teacher – and student, too, for that matter – should have something pretty to look in the university..As I was on the survey, a superb efforts done by the department of Visual Studies show there keen interest towards plantation and that must be highly appreciable. Either a nice view or an interesting or pretty view from the window.

Mid-Term With Mutual Cooperation
The four word `EXAM’ is itself a small word but its meaning is horrified. Since my childhood I never feel tensioned and scared of with exams even my mother used to say: “I never see you studying seriously for the exams”. And that’s true the more I study the more I scared, so I enjoy the period of my exams.
I passed three phases of my life that is School, Collage, and now in University. The first midterm I passed in my school life and now in Jinnah University. But I feel vast differences in both mid-terms. The school Terms created a feeling of some thing like a War and if we some how got failed we would be killed but here in Jinnah University Mid-Term is something like a chatting room where every student used to give their papers with mutual cooperation. Interestingly, the Mid-Term of Miss Sabeen unable the students to do their paper with mutual consultation ,in fact after sitting head to head. Because her paper is based on personal opinions and I think it’s the best way of conducting exams. This will help the students to be more practical and insist them to share their hidden talents; on the other hand, I must say it’s a healthy style of teaching.

Match Fever
The cricket World Cup is one event that attracts love and attention beyond the gender gap. Its not only males but growing force of women too is joining in on the excitement over the years. For many women too, the world cup means fewer outdoor chores and no visiting family or friends during match hours.
I have been betting on cricket since I was 17 and now I am 21.i still win or lose thousands while placing bets on sports, preferably o n cricket. On the scheduled day of a big match I done all of my work before the game start as I don’t want to miss any thing, I leave everything else to watch the progress of the match while praying frequently for the victory of our team. Many cricketers’ fans in Karachi say the Pakistani side is the most unpredictable team in the world and despite its short comings in the batting.
After watching the semifinal match it makes me disappointed .in particular when the last over decides the fate of the team, even the not-so-passionate. Keeping a close eye on every development my heart beats entangled to my ear…I was once again worried of putting bet and finally suffered huge loss...its sad and fortunate that the talented players who are playing at the district levels are not included in the team, only those are included who have sources..During the times of Asif iqbal, Javed miandad and Imran khan the team used to play for the country. Now the cricketers are playing for the money only.

Cat Walk In Our Canteen
The canteen of Jinnah University is extremely hygienic. The packed items is somehow safe for the health but stuff like Biryani,Chat,Burgers etc.are very unhygienic. The plates used for these stuff is not properly washed.the workers at canteen they just dip those plates in the bucket which always filled with greasy smelly water.
Sources said during the visit, the canteen is the place where cats walk on the tables even they eat biryani from the plates, crows on the head waiting for catching stuff from the plates, our canteen is more than zoo.
Sources further revealed that the university charged large amount with the students but not provide satisfaction to the students.one of the student of English Department said,"yesterday i ate samosa due to which i got severe pain in my stomach and it causes Diarrhea".
The shopkeepers at canteen sale stale items to the students which causes diseases furthermore there is an increment of short attendance in the classes.

Citizen Journalism
Citizen journalism also known as "public", "participatory", "democratic", "guerrilla" or "street journalism" is the concept of members of the public "playing an active role in the process of collecting, reporting, analyzing and disseminating news and information, The idea behind citizen journalism is that people without professional journalism training can use the tools of modern technology and the global distribution of the Internet to create, augment or fact-check media on their own or in collaboration with others. For example, you might write about a city council meeting on your blog or in an on line forum. Or you could fact-check a newspaper article from the mainstream media and point out factual errors or bias on your blog. Or you might snap a digital photo of a newsworthy event happening in your town and post it on line. Or you might videotape a similar event and post it on a site such as You Tube.
The seminar at Jinnah University for Women on 29th Jan 2011 was attended by the Chief Guest Mr.Owais Mangalwala .He is well known anchor and popular documentary video maker of Dawn news channel.
